Two-time All-League varsity basketball center; No. 2 in league scoring on 1945 PAL champs, leading scorer on 1944 team; Starting second baseman on 1944 championship baseball team and honorable mention All-League on 1945 team. Played basketball and baseball at San Jose State, 1947, and with Oregon AAU team in 1951 National AAU Basketball Tournament in Denver. Five years semipro baseball with Palo Alto Oaks.  Board of Directors of 7-Step Foundation Rehabilitation of Prisoners to Industry Work.  Athletic Director of San Mateo City Recreation Department and coached Little League baseball for many years.
